We worked with Nobuko Kang and team on the original Matsuhisa in Aspen. Our scope included overall space planning, complete design of the kitchen, bar and sushi counter, providing complete construction documents and coordinating the purchase and installation of all kitchen and bar equipment.

We continued to work with the current owners designing the Vail and Denver Matsuhisa restaurants (kitchens, bars and sushi bars) and, through ouraffiliate companies, providing and installing all the equipment.

We are currently working with this same developer on a new restaurant/club in Aspen, working with Nobu Matsuhisa and his team on the kitchen and bar design.
