About

We work closely with owners, chefs, operators and developers to create efficient, successful and noteworthy restaurants and bars.

Our approach is to bring your vision, your concept, your operating style and philosophy to life. We ask critical questions to ensure that the spaces we design function for your culinary team and allow them to effectively execute your menu and style of service.

The design process is dynamic. Operating details evolve, new ideas emerge and the design must adjust to accommodate these refinements. We strive to minimize changes without compromising your concept. We do this by collaborating intensely with your design team and your restaurant management.  We thoroughly vet the schematic design phase, not rushing to tie down a plan and move on to hard line, CAD documents. We find that taking more time in the schematic design phase, saves considerable time and money by eliminating missed opportunities and ideas.

Designing and building a successful restaurant is a collaborative effort. We communicate frequently and work closely with your design team, your restaurant management, the general contractor and his sub-contractors to address design options and field issues. This intense team work builds a strong working relationship that benefits all aspects of the development process.

As principals, we work directly with our clients and are responsible for developing the schematic designs. This is a level of commitment that rarely occurs in large, corporate design firms. We immerse ourselves in your venture and take pride in understanding the details of your restaurant operation.

We have a highly talented support staff. Our Project Managers and CAD/Revit team understand the detail required to properly document, coordinate and implement the design. Without clear, precise, well-coordinated construction documents, the construction process suffers.  The quality of our drawings and specifications is well established and appreciated. Our Project Managers/Field Coordinators work closely with your general contractor and his subs to verify field conditions, address construction issues and schedule our on-site activities. This ensures a smooth installation and commissioning process.
