Jeff Katz

Since he started his firm in 1974, Jeff has been involved in all phases (planning, design, development, operations and construction) of commercial food service and hospitality projects. Katz Company has worked on projects throughout the world ranging from high-end resorts to neighborhood bistros.

Jeff is the author of the book, Restaurant Planning, Design & Construction - A Survival Manual For Owners, Operators and Developers, published in 1997 by John Wiley & Sons, New York. He is a contributing writer for Restaurant Start-up and Growth Magazine

Roy Katz

Since earning his degree from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI_Arc) in 2005, Roy has been involved in design, project management, construction and fabrication in Los Angeles, Finland, India, Chicago and Colorado.

He has worked with Katz Company off and on since 2008 and has been a partner since 2021.
