We have been working with Solaris and Peter Knobel on several restaurants within the Solaris complex including Bol (restaurant, bar and bowling alley). The Chasing Rabbits project includes a steakhouse, speakeasy and lounge/game room with extensive food and beverage service. We worked with the Solaris team to refine the concepts, design the kitchens, bars and support areas and provide complete construction documents. Our team was also responsible for providing and installing all the food service equipment.

We continue to work with Peter and Solaris on other restaurant ventures within the Solaris complex.
