This UK based steak house features grass fed beef and sustainably grown meats and produce. Using a custom built charcoal grill and charcoal oven, they provide scratch cooking and an authentic farm to table experience.  The 3 level restaurant features 3 full service bars, a main floor prep kitchen, 2nd floor finishing kitchen and 3rd floor banquet kitchen. We worked with the owner’s to refine the concept for the Chicago market and design the kitchens, bars and support areas, providing complete construction documents for competitive bidding and providing construction administrative services throughout the build out.
