This was a renovation of an old theatre into a multi-tenant food hall/ entertainment venue. The developer curated the tenants with the intent of owning all the individual stalls and managing the bar operation in addition to the entertainment activities. We designed the individual stalls, some of which required specialized equipment based on the cooking styles – woks, ovens, etc. We also designed the central island bar with an extensive draft program and integral espresso/coffee/pastry station.
